Mexican Hot Chocolate

Here is the recipe for our easy and yummy Mexican Hot Chocolate:

  • 5 cups whole milk powder

  • 1.5 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbs cinnamon (or more)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • vanilla powder optional (I don’t use it)

Mix together in a large container.  When you are ready for some hot chocolate, put 3 large spoonfuls of the mixture in a mug and add hot water.  Mix well and enjoy.  Use to warm hands and tummy on cold days…
